The 37th Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held in Seldovia, Alaska, on May 15, 2010. Shareholders present and by proxy elected three Directors to the Board for three year terms.
They are: Fred S. Elvsaas, Jr., Crystal Collier, and Renee Haller. The officers of the Corporation are Louis Nagy, Jr., Chairman of the Board; Alexis Colberg- Nelissen, President; Fred H. Elvsaas, Vice-President, and Crystal Collier; Corporate Secretary.
