 SNAI's Board of Directors would like to take the time to thank all of SNAI's Shareholders for completing and submitting the 2011 Shareholder Survey. The rate of returned surveys with all the feedback were amazing to see and greatly appreciated!
As stated in the last Shareholder Newsletter, a drawing for a prize was taken place on December 17, 2011 and the lucky winner of that was shareholder Fred S. Elvsaas, Sr. CONGRATULATIONS!
And as a quick reminder, we encourage you to continue to submit your shareholder stock will forms. We have been seeing many come through the offices which is fantastic. Another drawing will be held at the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders for those who submit completed stock will forms before May 19, 2012.

The Kachemak Voyager launched in May 2009 at the All American shipyard in Bellingham, WA. Scheduled service between Seldovia & Homer began in May 2010.

The 37th Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held in Seldovia, Alaska, on May 15, 2010. Shareholders present and by proxy elected three Directors to the Board for three year terms.
