The Dimond Center Hotel, LLC is a boutique hotel operating in Anchorage, Alaska. The hotel has 109 rooms, two meeting rooms, a lounge serving drinks/appetizers a breakfast area for guests. The hotel separates itself from competitors by offering larger rooms with comfortable beds, large flat-screen televisions and soaking tubs. The hotel began its operations in 2002 and is majority-owned by Seldovia Native Association, Inc.

Red Mountain, LLC

Red Mountain, LLC is an 8(a) Construction, Maritime and Hotel Management Company formed in 2004.  The Construction division is engaged in start-up operations in the Central California area to obtain and perform federal construction contracts on local military bases. Red Mountain, LLC is wholly owned by Seldovia Native Association, Inc.
