The 38th Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held in Anchorage, Alaska, on May 21, 2011. Shareholders present and by proxy elected three Directors to the Board for three year terms.
They are: Louis Nagy, Jr., Kimberly Kashevarof-Costa, and Harold Yuth. The officers of the Corporation are Louis Nagy, Jr., Chairman of the Board; Fred H. Elvsaas, President; Kimberly Kashevarof-Costa, Vice-President, and Crystal Collier; Corporate Secretary.
